Classic Gorp

1/2 c. dried apples
1/2 c. dried apricots
1/4 c. dried peaches
1/2 c. dried pears
1/2 c. dried pineapple
1/4 c. coconut flakes
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. cashews or blanched almonds
Cut apples, apricots, peaches, pears and pineapple into 1/2" pieces. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Package in airtight plastic bags and store in a cool dry place. Use within 3 to 4 weeks. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.1/2 c. dried apricots

Trekky Trail Mix

½ c. dried apricots
½ c. dried peaches
½ c. dried pineapple
½ c. dried cherries
½ c. raisins
¾ c. M&Ms
¼ c. sunflower seeds
½ c. golden raisins
½ c. dry roasted peanuts
Cut apricots, peaches, and pineapple into ½ inch pieces. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Package in airtight plastic bags and store in a cool dry place. Use within 3 to 4 weeks. Makes 4 ½ cups.
